What makes a junk car request useful?
Explain why it is no longer used: a mechanical fault, serious rust, collision damage or simply a change in needs. A car described as junk may still have usable components, so include the make, model and what remains intact.
Can you collect a vehicle that has been sitting for years?
Send recent photos and the last known running condition. Mention flat tires, locked brakes, missing parts and anything blocking access. The team needs today’s condition, not only how it drove before storage.
What should I remove before handover?
Check storage compartments and the trunk for personal belongings, documents and accessories you want to keep. Discuss keys and ownership information before the collection appointment.
