Selling because you are moving?
Give your preferred pickup window and the date you lose access to the property. Send the request in advance and wait for confirmation before treating a removal appointment as booked.
What if the car belongs to someone else?
You need appropriate authority to arrange a sale and release. Explain the situation before scheduling collection so the team can discuss what information is needed. A vehicle being on your property does not by itself establish ownership.
Can a running second car be removed?
You can request a used-car assessment for it. Include its current mileage and condition rather than assuming an unwanted car is automatically an end-of-life vehicle.
